I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process was a bit delayed too they would never send me the apartment number or code to get into the building. "
