Villa degli Artisti, lovely villa with swimming pool close to Piobbico, in the north of the Marche

Villa degli Artisti is a cosy villa with pool and private enclosed garden near Piobbico, just a few kilometers from Urbino. The villa is located in the north of the Marche region, near the town of Urbania, Cagli, Fossombrone and next to the border with Umbria and Tuscany.
Situated in a panoramic and sunny position, the villa offers its guests an accommodation equipped with all the comforts, a well-tended flower garden and a convenient pool, overlooking the valley below.
Very close to the town of Piobbico, pretty and well-preserved, to entice the tourists with its restaurants and the many summer events.
From here you can easily reach the famous towns that host excellent food and wine events every autumn, including Acqualagna with the National White Truffle Fair and Sant'Angelo in Vado with the National Fine White Truffle Show of the Marche region, charachterized by tastings, cooking shows and food stands.
The property is fenced and accessed via electric gate. The garden is spread all over the front of the house, landscaped and sunny, has a swimming pool with deck chairs and sun loungers and a 3-seater hot tub.
For guests there is also a table tennis table and table football, ideal for having fun with the whole family.
A beautiful park surrounds the house and long hedges of flowers adorn the pool. Cars can conveniently park near the entrance of the house.
The villa is on three floors, which are connected by an internal staircase.
Via an external staircase leads to the living area on the first floor, with a large kitchen-dining room and living area. On this floor there is a guest bathroom.
Going up the stairs you get to the second floor, with two double bedrooms each one with a single sofa bed, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor, which is accessed by an internal staircase, there is a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa bed for two people.
At the main entrance of the house is a terrace with table and chairs, where you can dine outdoors.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 100,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; firewood (kg.100) € 20,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 300,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
