Not for international visitors
Part of the problem was us. We are not Italian which complicated things. The unit itself was very clean which was appreciated. It's not luxury, just pretty basic. It was just two of us and if you're planning on using the bunk beds, it's a very tight fit. The unit had almost everything you would need and the kitchen was well equipped except for only two dinner plates and two salad plates. Also, it took a bit of experimenting to figure out how to use the induction stove. And, no microwave. The real problems came with how the property was managed. There were no instructions for anything. The person who met us spoke limited English and was in a hurry to get out. She showed up with sheets and one set of towels for each of us which we thought was a little odd. Although we tried to ask questions, we were stuck not knowing how to get anywhere and there was no written information in the unit itself about anything. There's a washer/dryer and we asked for an instruction manual and were told the check in person should have shown us how to work it. If you were European and used to these types of appliances you might be able to figure things out or at least ask people. Also, a big drawback was parking. The space in the garage could barely handle a compact car. It was such a nightmare getting in and out that we decided to walk everywhere. But, it took us four days to figure out the ski bus. There is not a lot of English spoken in that area, even at the tourist office. We were there to ski and trying to figure out the lift system as well as where to rent skis was very stressful.
