There was a smokey smell in our bathroom but thats not the fault of the hotel, previous guests not respecting the rules, it wasnt bad enough to complain but I've read they are very accommodating if a guest isn’t happy. "Really good location- good base to explore the surrounding areas from- Greeted by Richard who showed us around explaining everything we needed to know and told us some places to visit and eat. The accommodation is first class and highly recommended. Very clean with good appliances from washing machine to toaster. Very comfortable seating to view the large tv along with the comfortable beds in both rooms. We will certainly be booking again in the near future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

"Lovely place to stay! Right in city centre, the place itself has everything you need- well equipped from plates, pans and hairdryer to a washing machine/dryer. The TV even has Netflix. Very nice and clean and great communication from the company on how to check in etc or if there is a problem."

"Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size"

"Good for the price, basic room with a bit of decay in the property but perfectly clean. Close to town, room 6 that I was in was on the main street so was quite noisy from road noise etc. Not the hosts fault and it's close to town so what you would expect. Close to the canal which was a nice walk in the day. Felt safe and other occupants were quiet."

"The photo in the review is not the apartment we stopped in. The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure."
