"We got upgraded to a deluxe room unexpectedly, the bed was super comfortable & I love the fact that it didn't have carpet, it's the best Comfort Inn I've ever been too.The only thing that bothered me was the overwhelming scent in the Lobby. But overall it was good 😊"

"I valet parked and used the app to request my car. I requested my car at 5:15am because I had to be at the hospital at 6. When I went to get my car, there was not anyone at the valet desk. I asked 2 ladies that were talking at the front desk, and one lady replied, "oh, I am valet". Did you need your car? Then she said, I have to go get my computer. "This is a conveniently located, well priced option for those using Birmingham Airport. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The room is clean. There is a new restaurant / bar open on site- which is very helpful because there are no other options close by. The hotel itself shows age and wear and is isolated by itself at the edge of the airport and industrial area. You can park and leave your car there for half the cost of economy parking at the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle. "
