"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"Schönes neues Haus, jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Toller Grill. Rundherum Baustellen, auf denen aber während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gebaut wurde. "We spent 12 nights at the Villa Vita and had a great time. Walter is a great host and the property as well as the house is kept in excellent shape. Especially our baby enjoyed the company of the goats (fenced in) as well as the cats and dogs on the property. We also loved the spacious terrace with plenty of space for our baby to crawl. The Villa is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable."

"Very clean, good AC, many different options (tent camping, camper, or cabins). We had a cabin with refrigerator, hob, microwave, and nespresso. Quick walk to pool or beach, as well as the little village. The bakery on sight is pretty good too."

"A clean, modern and well-equipped hotel in the heart of Vrbnik, within walking distance of the Old Town, several restaurants and beaches/swimming spots. Our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. What really sets this hotel apart is the service - the staff who work here are so kind, friendly and willing to help. The restaurant is also excellent, with truly delicious and beautifully presented food. This is a lovely hotel in a gorgeous area of Croatia and I would definitely recommend a stay."

"Excellent property and great staff, a beautiful clean room with a terrific AC . Staff members were terrific. Breakfast was very good , you can order omelettes. There's no elevator so if you stay only 1 night just grab what you need from your car . The property is at the beach (2-3 min walking ) and we loved it. "

"We really liked how clean our room was and we had a nice view of the sea from our room's window. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to take us to the airport after we checked out and the day before our flight, Ana who worked at the reception desk called a local taxi service for us and arranged a cab in addition to a wake up call to our room. She was so helpful. "
