Habe zum zweiten Mal einen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus gebucht, da dieses Haus alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar und die ganze Ruhe im und um das Haus. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

We werden prettig ontvangen door de huiseigenaar. Hij spreekt alleen Frans, maar met Google Translate kwamen we daar wel uit. Op de tafel en in de koelkast lagen wat lekkere presentjes. Het huis is mooi en ruim, goed voor 6 personen. Een mooie omheinde tuin met een schommel, badmintonnet, voetbaldoel en tafeltennistafel. De materialen liggen in de bijkeuken. De achtertuin van het huis ligt langs een redelijk drukke weg, maar wij hebben daar geen last van gehad. De supermarkt ligt op loopafstand langs deze weg. Het enige minpuntje wat te benoemen is, zijn de vele muggen aan het eind van de dag die dan erg actief en irritant zijn. We hebben er een fijne 3 weken kunnen vertoeven.

Alles netjes schoon. Ruim voldoende bestek etc... Alleen de muggen zijn vervelend, maar daar kun je je tegen wapenen.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped house on the edge of the Dordogne
Mr Onillon was a great host, meeting us at the property and again at departure. A genuinely lovely man. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. We cycled a lot and there are good routes both ways along the Dordogne with Bergerac 20k away, plus a number of Bastide villages all around. Bordeaux is an hour in a car and Sarlat, La Roque and Domme all around 90 minutes away. Huge supermarket 2 minutes away in the car and a big Saturday market in St Foy. We really enjoyed our week in Penuilh (though I cannot pronounce this correctly even after a lesson in a cafe!). Many thanks

Uitermate vriendelijke ontvangst. Het is zeer compleet ingericht (er is veel servies, handdoeken etc). Een heerlijk ruim huis met een grote tuin. Vlakbij is een mooi zandstrand gemaakt in de Dordogne met strandwacht en een animatieteam. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen (bij ons van 5 tot 17 jaar). Verder is het voor wijnliefhebbers een topomgeving. Bordeaux is een leuke stad om te bezoeken, naast de vele kastelen in de buurt. Kanoën in de Dordogne is ook een aanrader.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Herrn Onillon, der sich auch in den Folgetagen sehr um unser Wohl bemüht hat. Das Anwesen ist super schön, sehr sauber und günstig gelegen um die Umgebung von Bergerac als auch die von Bordeaux kennen zu lernen. Ein Gebiet der Gänseleber, des Trüffels und des Weines mit malerischen alten Orten.
