Perfect little getaway
Sue, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is cute and well appointed. We enjoyed the short walk to the clubhouse to use the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Pinetop Two Story
This location is excellent for walking to restaurants and grocery. All bedrooms upstairs. We normally stay in cabins only and this place was chosen for location location location.

Great property and location
My family (and dog) had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, had plenty of towels/blankets, and Sue was very responsive when I had a question. The location is right by restaurants, hiking and Safeway. The community workout equipment is a little old, but my kids had fun with the ping pong table and tether ball. I would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive owner!
We had a nice stay here. We ran into one issue during our stay that was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend checking the weather prior to the trip to make sure it’s not too hot as this place doesn’t have AC and it gets very warm upstairs. Overall, a nice place to stay!

Good space with great amenities
The space was totally sufficient for our little group of 4. We enjoyed eating outside at various locations on the property and we loved that it backed up to the forest so we could go for trail runs and hikes. We also payed out by the pool and enjoyed the warm afternoons. Volleyball nets and horseshoes were also great.

Unit was clean and met our needs. Owner was very responsive any time I had a question before or during our stay. Microwave did not heat and I reported this to the homeowner who apologized. I did not see anything stating this was a 2 story unit and maybe I should have know that.

To make this short the pro is location, the cons; Main entry gate box never works easily as you must spend avg of 5min to get it to open, bed was like sleeping on a haystack, pictures on description are deceiving, some supplies were just an empty box ex-foil, stairway is extremely narrow with an insecure handrail. I would not return.

Not as advertised--not gated, neither spa was working, not a resort but a rundown townhouse development, home was filthy, no screens on several windows incl. patio, windows did not lock, patio furniture smelled like dog poop, hazards in kitchen, owner refuses to answer phone or emails for full refund we are requesting.

Get out of the heat
Cute older place however screen over Arcadia door not usable falls down repeatedly. Master TV is a nightmare. No volume most of the time we had to reboot multiple times. Dusty TVs , stairs horrible for older people. Not recommended for age over 60. Gated community however gate was never closed.

Nice, clean unit but water heater didn’t work good.
Location was good and the unit was clean. Chose the unit because it was pet friendly which was good. We had a fun time. But the water heater only had hot water for one person. When my second daughter got in the shower an hour after the first, the water turned ice cold after a minute and she had to get out with soap and shampoo still in. No one else attempted showering after that. We waited until we got home. I contacted the rental person and they said they hadn’t had any complaints about that before. The unitl said it slept 8 and we took 7 people so I’d think the water heater would work better than that. The microwave also would not heat good. Other than that, the unit was good for our needs.

Had fun, area wasnt to far from attractions or hikes. There was grass for the dogs and even swings for the kids. The owner left me a bottle of wine and gave me guided instructions of fun things todo. She was supper nice. Thank you!

Such a nice time in this home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens and all the comforts of home. The Wi-Fi worked great. TV’s in every room. All the dishes and appliances I needed. The location is great and I was comforted to be in a quiet, gated community as a single woman traveling alone. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!!

The place is great. Everything you need is there. Especially the kitchen fully stocked. Even had a large crockpot for our spaghetti dinner after our tournament. We will definitely use the townhouse again.
