Staff were really helpful, they even surprised me with a small birthday cake at breakfast when they found out it was my birthday. Would recommend the hotel if you want to be near/at the port. "A lovely welcome from staff and in particular the reception staff were extremely helpful with all our enquiries. Our stay was 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit different places in the area. The bus shuttle service into Forio was welcome and we were happy to do the 20 minute walk back after supper out in Forio. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea views from both our room and the main hotel areas. "
