This four bedroom, 3 full bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8. The primary room features a king bed and a large en suite. Your additional party members can enjoy 2 more rooms each with queen beds and a third guest room with 2 twin XL beds. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and the host has provided access to Hulu Live.

The Perfect Swing is built for entertaining! From the large dining room to the incredible outdoor space including a screened-in porch and a fun backyard with a sand box and swing for the kiddos. Enjoy a fire under the string lights!

Great home that was perfect for our family. Just as pictured. Had an issue with front door, but Sarah was right on it and had it resolved quickly. Love the cute town and throughly enjoyed our stay. It was even decorated for Christmas! The fire pit was a plus as well!

Using VRBO for this listing was a breeze! The pictures perfectly represent d the property. The Host was so quick to answer my questions before booking! All of the bedrooms were exactly what we needed for a family of 5 adults and 2 children ages 18mos -72yrs. The fenced-in back yard was such a plus for the children and both porches were delightful. Location was prime for the golf course where matches were held. Lastly, the value was excellent!!! Great deal!

There were four of us and this place was perfect. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. We each had our own bedroom and two had to share a bathroom. It was clean, looked just like the pictures and a great location to amazing golf in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Golf Weekend Trip
This is a great economical house with four bedrooms and we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great. The place is in good condition overall, but it is a lower end construction and some things (granite countertop in kitchen, porch fan, bathroom drain cover etc.) seem like the result of poor/cheap construction. From a cleanliness perspective, there was a soda bottle laying on the floor when we walked in and beer cans in the backyard. I suspect the owner will take care of this moving forward. The washer also broke right before our date of arrival so we were unable to wash clothes but the owner had someone come try to fix it during our stay so that will likely be fixed as well. T All in all, it is still a good house for someone looking to stay in a specious house at a good rate.
