The Space:
When you first enter our townhome, you’ll notice the updated bright and spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling and gorgeous long views of the 12th green. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of two of our back decks, while being immersed in the rich golf scenery. We have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals in our updated and fully stocked kitchen. After a long day of golf and activities, there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area from the kitchen counter bar stools, and the comfy sofas to the dining room table to enjoy with family and friends. Once the sun goes down, get cozy, dim the lights, turn on the large projector, and watch the living room transform into your private movie theatre.

Our primary en-suite features a California king bed, fantastic golf course views, a private flat-screen smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite restroom. Get a restful night's sleep in our guest bedroom which has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds that are ideal for kids. The guest bathroom is clean and refreshing with a stand-up glass door shower. Our townhome comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is completely furnished with fresh linens and towels, ready for you to enjoy, relax, and unwind.

- A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
