Welcome to the Greenside Getaway. This ground floor condo is located 60 yards from the 16th green of the Pinehurst #5 Course. A+ location! Walk to The Cradle, Clubhouse, Village Square and the Fair Barn. Enjoy your favorite beverage while enjoying the view from the back patio that provides NonStop golf action! You can see 4 holes of Pinehurst courses! 4 Full beds with gel memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Pet Friendly!

Our condo is located right on the 16th Green of #5 course. Panoramic views from the back patio with plenty of seating. Brand new gel memory foam mattresses(medium firm). 2 Full bathrooms. 4k smart Tv in each bedroom and the living room with a perfect practice putting mat. Professionally cleaned linens and condo prior to your arrival.

Guests have access to the entire condo and condo common areas.

Fantastic ground floor condo located at the 16th green of Pinehurst #5. Clean interior and very well maintained. The bedrooms have two double beds in each, which could be a problem if you're a tall person (as I am). Otherwise, wonderful unit. Highly recommended.

Perfect Pinehurst Spot
The location of this condo is perfect. We literally walked to our tee time on #3, walked to the Cradle every day, it couldn’t have been better unless we were literally staying at the Pinehurst clubhouse. The condo was clean, easy to check in, and David was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is one of our best rentals in Pinehurst! Location can’t be beat! The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Check in and check out a breeze and communication with owner was great. We hope to stay again when visiting Pinehurst!

Golfing Spring Break with my 10 and 12 year old boys. Location was GREAT, and the Pinehurst Culture warms your heart. This VRBO was priced right and GREAT location. Owner is kind and responsive to all inquiries. The view from this Unit is also very good, looking directly at 16 green of Pinehurst #5, with the clubhouse in the distance. Not staying at the resort limits the availability of golf, but that was known going in. Still had access to Three Great Pinehurst courses 1, 3, and 5, the Cradle and Practice facilities which is second to none and all walking distance/ or cart. Great way to experience Pinehurst on a budget.

Very nice but....
Very nicely furnished with the exception of the beds which I found very uncomfortable. Memory foam on a slab basically. Great otherwise but a bad nights sleep isn't what I want on a trip. 3 of 5 stars because of beds.

Communication from owner was outstanding. Perfect location for our stay for my son’s golf tournament at Pinehurst. Because the condo was tucked back within the neighborhood and set back off the road it was a little tricky to find at first. Extremely well stocked unit, clean, and updated decor. This condo is definitely saved as a favorite for a return visit.

This condo is very bright, cheerful and has everything one might need for a pleasant stay! My husband and I stayed for two weeks and loved the view of the 16th green of #5 from the balcony! The condo was immaculate. Barbara was very accommodating and arranged golf for us at many of the Pinehurst courses. She responded to all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. A ver gracious host indeed!
