"Super cute hotel. Amazingly retained so many original features making it very quirky. Don't expect high end luxury, rooms are tiny but that just adds to the charm. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is fabulous, fresh and filling. Beware though everything in the town is closed by 8pm, including bars and restaurants. "

"The lodge surpassed my expectations. It is a nice place with private rooms and a shared area with a full kitchen and pool table. The view from the deck is very nice and we enjoyed the stay. "

"I really enjoyed the lazy river and the hot tub. We were part of the National Ford Model T club with over 60 cars touring around the area, many with trailers, and parking was great. We had a special parking area for our tow cars and trailers and also a special parking area for all our Ford Model T's. Everyone I spoke to was very please with the accommodations. I was just about to go to sleep the last night we were there and I started hearing loud bangs and explosions. I opened the curtains that there was a 15 minute firework show from 9:30-9:45. Not sure why, but it was cool."

"The entire staff was friendly. Props to the Valet staff, check in specialist and the housekeepers. Viejas hotel stay was awesome. We where there for a concert (La Banda El Recodo). Yes, there was construction around the lobby, but our stay and experience was great. Thank you Viejas staff. Will be back next n August!! 👍☺️"
