"We had prepaid. When we arrived to the property we thought we had booked, there was no record of our reservation. The contact phone number on the reservation was not accurate, it was some guy's personal number in Los Angeles. For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus...

"We couldn’t check in until four in the afternoon and had to be out by 10 in the morning on Sunday, and so even if you have two nights you feel as if you only had one day. The price was rather high for just one full day…. And two nights . It wasn’t on the lake but It was a clean and a decent rental unit."

"A very nice property that has lots of amenities. I do wish our room had more storage. Only two hangers in the closet. Could have used hooks and bench by the door for hats and jackets. A dresser for clothes would have been nice, especially since there were such limited hangers in the closet. Also would’ve appreciated the option of having recycling available in our room."

Tried to contact owner for departure instructions and they never answered so we just did what most vrbo renters have asked. Also, instructions regarding entry need updating. Talks about turning something but it is digital and you need to hit the lock symbol. Also, we brought steaks for the bbq seen in photo. It is a pellet stove. "We stayed over Christmas and it was a perfect getaway with great views! Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. The fireplace was super cozy and they had even stocked us up with plenty of firewood for our week there. Very responsive and easy to work with.
