This is a country setting farm, there are farm noises such as roosters crowing and cattle mooing.
Please note that due to snow and weather conditions, the barbecue grills will be temporarily removed from December 1st to April 15th. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our guests and to prevent any damage to the grills during the winter season.
The hot tub may contain lukewarm water. We follow the practice of emptying and refilling it for every new reservation. Typically, it takes approximately 6-8 hours to heat the water to your desired temperature.
Additionally, while we provide firewood for your use, you will need to bring your own lighter and flint if you plan to use the outdoor fire pit.
1. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
2. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm until 7am. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
3. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, the place has a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Please do not invite additional guests.
4. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
5. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $100 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
6. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
7. Please be mindful of the surrounding farm animals and wildlife and avoid making loud noises that could disturb them.
8. Please use the designated parking area and do not block any driveways or access points.
9. Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating when not in use or when leaving the property to conserve energy.
10. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay.
