Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
the worse service ever
call the owner many times through phone calls and emails didn't get no respond until the last minute when everyone in my party had taken the day off and ready to depart. vrbo could not give me an answer of what was going on matter. the owner told me that the house was not supposed to be listed at the vrbo site. so we end up not going and loosing a day from work... this is ridiculous, vrbo should be responsible for all transactions and not tell costumer to communicate with house OWNERS
