"We booked into this hotel to have just 1 night before our flight home and everything else in Sestriere was fully booked. When we arrived in the afternoon, the man in reception was very rude and said we weren’t in the right place and he hadn’t heard of a hotel Torre. We walked round the town in heavy snowfall and eventually someone in a cafe helped us - took us back to the same place as it was the right hotel. The man was security and the reception staff were on an extended break - with only this man slouched in a chair and not interested in anything. It had the vibe of a cheap hostel for teenage groups…..except at £108/night, it wasn’t that cheap. It was central in the town. "

"The best location in the town. Just few steps from the lift. Dinner is very good and there are options for vegetarians and gluten free. But the breakfast is poor. Large and comfort rooms (a little old)"

"The hotel is local to metro and a shopping centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a quite are to get access to the hotel. The room I stayed did not have kettle. However you can request for one at the reception area. I would definitely stay again"

"Functional hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Room smallish but fine. Likewise the bathroom. Unfortunately the heating failed onthe 1st night and didnt get fixeduntil the 3rd night. Aheater was provided but was very noisy! Breakfast was good apart from the final day where they ran out of bowls, platesetc. so no way to eat cereal!"
