"When I first got there, the whole apartment was extremely dingy. I reached out to the “owner“ and nothing was ever resolved. Then, the most frustrating event was that we did not have any power in the apartment a whole night. I reached out to him, and again nothing. otherwise, the sheets were dingy, and they smelled like mold. They put wet towels in the bathroom. "Jose is a great host, anytime we needed anything he was responsive and had a solution. The property is clean, comfortable and it was perfect for my husband and I. you get a view of the river and you also get a view of a sky full of stars at night. Definitely recommend having a vehicle if you stay here as everything is a couple minutes away except a bodega right there unless you plan on having everything delivered."
