Limpieza y ubicación! Lo demás nefasto!

La habitación la ofertaban en 6500, cuando la pagué me la cobraron casi 2000 pesos más cara, más él impuesto país más el impuesto “x” termine pagando alrededor de 14 mil pesos una habitación por una noche! Habitación que mide alrededor de 2,8 metros x 2,8 metros! Literal una caja de fósforos. El desayuno gratis deja mucho que desear, todo procesados ( cereales azucarados, facturas, etc) hasta el jugo de naranja era artificial. Solo puedo rescatar la limpieza y la ubicación, solo eso! SOBREVALORADO…. Revisen sus precios chicos

El desayuno muy básico. La ley de la provincia de BsAs dice que el check out es a las 12pm, sin embargo el horario señalado de check out son las 10 AM. La gente amable. Fue económico, no se puede esperar mucho.

un calvario

La habitacion que nos toco, fue en el edificio mas viejo, el cual es un pasillo de la muerte. desde primer momento la puerta de entrada no cierra, el boton del sanitario no funcionaba, y lo peor, fue que la ventana daba a las calderas, las cuales encendian con explosiones, cada 30 minutos, y para peor, no tenian cortina, por lo que a las 5 30 de la mañana nos desperto el sol y la claridad. realmente, el estado general es deplorable, lo unico rescatable es la gente del desayuno y la recepcion de la mañana, por que los nocturnos les molesta tener que trabajar.

Trato cordial y amable de todo el personal, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y se puede ver que trabajan para seguir creciendo. La habitación triple muy pequeña, calurosa y poca ventilación. La limpieza y el mantenimiento del baño y la habitación necesitaban ser revisados antes de hacer el check in para el huesped. La descripción del cuarto decía Aire Acondicionado y luego había ventilador de techo el cual no funcionaba en forma adecuada ya que generaba vibraciones y ruidos. El baño no funcionaba correctamente. No había control remoto para el televisor en el cuarto.

The front desk didn't know that our reservation had parking included. There wasn't a remote control for the TV and the AC. Also, we had to go to the front desk to ask for a hair dryer which was missing a part and was dangerous.

Sencillo y correcto

Es un hotel sencillo, sin pretensiones ni muchos servicios, limpio y bastante bien mantenido, ubicado cerca de la playa y a pocas cuadras del centro. Incluye un desayuno modesto pero correcto. Destaco especialmente a su personal que es muy amable y servicial.

fin de año en Pinamar

Con la estadía comenzamos mal debido a que por error de Expedia el hotel figuraba que tenía lugar, y pagamos la estadía y a las horas nos llamaron desde el hotel diciéndonos que una noche no podían alojarnos porque no tenían lugar. Con lo cuál nos ofrecieron esa noche hacerla en el San Remo de Gesell. En Villa Gesell la atención del personal fue fabulosa, de primer momento nos brindaron solución a cualquier tema. El hotel de Pinamar tenía la habitación muy chica y el baño viejo. En conclusión si bien de entrada fue menos de las expectativas que teníamos, finalmente vinimos conformes por la atención recibida en Gesell.

estuve en habitación dob le superior ja ja es un cuartucho pero dijeron que es superior xq tiene aire acondicionado y heladera y bañera con hidro viéndolo asi pinta muy bien la realidad es otra la ducha un desastre apenas sale agua y en general la habitación esta en mal estado,no los demás sitios del hotel,la atención del personal es normal no lo recomendaria

Realmente no esperaba mucho de un hotel económico como este, solo necesitaba un lugar donde dormir una noche y no soy exigente pero.. En primer lugar quise bañarme y no encontré jabón, no me pareció tan grave hasta que me metí en la ducha y encontré que habían dejado uno usado, desagradable, desconfiado revisé y note que las sabanas tampoco estaban limpias. Aun así lo único que quería era dormir unas horas, había llegado muy tarde del viaje, así que me acosté. Resulta que a los genios del hotel, el cual estaba totalmente vacío, se les ocurrió acomodarme en la habitación 117, y a las 8 en punto de la mañana me entere por las malas que estaban remodelando la 116, taladro con percutor incluido. De todas las habitaciones que había disponible en el hotel se les ocurrió darme la única que estaba junto a la obra. Habiendo dormido pésimo y unas pocas horas decidí que iba a hacer uso del late check out que ofrecían hasta las 12hs, que por supuesto aun habiéndome quejado por el ruido me cobraron. Es la primera vez que califico un hotel así y créanme que no soy exigente, pero es realmente pésimo. Ahh, el wifi no existe y el desayuno es malo.
