"This property fully lives up to the photographs on the hotel's website, which we stayed at in late-October. A nice quiet location at the side of the mountains, but not too far from Palma and Sóller. Friendly staff and tasty breakfasts; although no lunches are available and dinner can only be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. "This was a hidden gem of a property that we found after spending several nights and a fortune at the Jumeirah. My kids loved seeing the hundreds of goats as we drove up the driveway. The property had so much charm, very well kept and spacious, and the owner was lovely. "

"Very friendly staff who were extremely kind. The food menus was very limited and on a few occasions there was nothing that I liked. Don’t get duped into their half board rate - there are local restaurants despite them saying that there aren’t (there are two in the village within a three minute walk!). I was very upset that I was convinced to pay 55 euro each for HB upon arrival (after being told there were no restaurants nearby) but when I asked to cancel the HB fee the following day I was told...

"Only 20 minutes from the Rafa Nadal Academy, it’s perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hosts are incredibly kind and flexible, making us feel right at home. Free parking made exploring easy, and the finca’s beautiful, scenic grounds are perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful agroturismo hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, continental breakfast was good, amazing views from your room and anywhere on the property grounds, and pool was really nice with panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding lush greenery. "Lovely relaxing stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, with everything done to a very high end property. It was a bit windy and overcast when we were there (and the pool was a touch on the cold side), so we used it mainly as a base. We had one nice afternoon by the pool though, and ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. All in all, a great stay."

"These guys are awesome! Guillermo was amazing at helping us solve some problems we had. The property itself is beautiful and well cared for. Make sure you rent a car for your stay and if you are international, you need the international driving permit to rent a car in Palma."

"The Finca is beautiful, host Alberto and Maria are nice, breakfast is excellent. I suggest to rent a car as it is far from town. You could take a taxi to Llucmajor 14Euro. Taxi from airport 42Euro. The unit is pretty basic but it is enough for your needs. Kitchen is semi furnished. It has a fridge and a stove, microwave. Wi Fi is slow inside the unit. There is a laundry facility in the back of the building. We did not use the pool but the pool is big."

"Una decepción. Lugar desatendido. La mayor parte del tiempo no hay nadie para resolver dudas o solicitudes. Cuando si estaban, nada amistosos. Baño de la piscina siempre cerrado con llave, a pesar de haber solicitado que lo dejaran abierto para no tener que ir hasta la habitación. Limpian las mesas del desayuno con la misma bayeta que los cojines de las sillas. Se percibe mucha desgana en el poco personal. "

"Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!"

"It was amazing!!! Welcome-Team was great, room was great, everything was great. In January / February, it us also very affordable - Whenever I will go back to Mallorca in January (third time meanwhile), I will only chose Iberostar!! "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
