"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. "Check-in took too long as the staff appears inexperienced unable to find reservation details then waiting of room allocation took 30 mins. Then when we got to the room the shower or water pressure is so weak that it only bribbles. J called the reception about it but was not concerned as it somewhat normal in this hotel to have a low water pressure. "
