Fabulous house in a brilliant location. Lovely and helpful greeting from Pedro on arrival. Outside space and pool is perfect for a very relaxing holiday. Beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket all within 10 mins walk. Small supermarket, great bakery and restaurants within 3 mins walk of house. Thanks Pedro

My husband and I have been to quite a few different places in Spain, we found Pueblo Latino very charming and inviting. The property we stayed in was in an ideal spot to walk to different areas easily and only a short walk to the sea. it was spacious, comfortable and well equipt with a lovely outlook of the pool area. Would highly recommend this property .

Great house in a perfect area
This was our second summer vacation around Torrevieja, and by far the best area we have experienced so far. Pueblo Latino is a calm neighborhood with small restaurants and shops, and it has a much more genuine Spanish feel than many other areas of Torrevieja. This house in located in a very well kept communidad with two pools and lovely gardens, no more than 100 meters to great and secluded ocean beaches much better than the crowded ones further up north, so that was a great feature. The house in and of itself is well kept and has everything you would expect of a Spanish vacation home, although the information incorrectly states that there is aircondition present. The house has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room which provides circulation, but not aircondition in the proper sense. When we were there the temperature was up to 32 degrees celsius which was manageable, so this was nothing that bothered us, although it would have been nice with a little colder during the night. Other than that, the three bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6 persons, the kitchen is well outfitted for cooking and the two bathrooms are in nice condition. I would especially mention the back garden of the house, which is lovely for an evening barbecue. Also very good parking spaces just outside the gate. Pedro was an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions. He also checked in on us in person to make sure everything was alright during our stay, but was still very respectful of our privacy. We would highly recommend Pueblo Latino to anyone visiting Torrevieja, unless you're looking for an area with vibrant night life. And, if you want a classic Spanish holiday home, we would also recommend this house for your stay.
