"An excellent little property! It doesn't look like much from the outside, and the rooftop deck needs a lot of work, but the studio apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of storage space and handily equipped with an induction stovetop (you can borrow all sorts of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans downstairs) and washing machine (there are communal dryers upstairs).
