"I booked this hostel because it was closest to where my son lives. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with loads to do in the evening and good transport links into the city and convenient for visoting my son too. My room was large and very clean, and was cleaned daily during my stay which I hadn't expected. The staff are really friendly and it was perfect!"

"Whole property was in horrible state.. There was renovation/painting going on and the room I was supposed to stay had no ventilation so it had so much dust I got strong allergic reaction. Walls are thin like Japanese houses, sounds from toilets emanates through like you were next to the toilet seat. The corridors steep and narrow mazes and the odd joint of weed can be smelled. That place should be decommisioned. "

It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel.
