For our first visit to Savannah, the Best Western surpassed our expectations. The accommodations and breakfasts were both perfect.

Loved the concept of a apartment room, it was so nice to feel like we were a part of the city for that small amount of time. Staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and beautifully arranged and styled. 10/10 would stay again.

Not the most central location, but we enjoyed being on the river and walking distance to many places. Free shuttle into town more than makes up for distance. Hotel amenities are fantastic and live up to rating. The beds…not so much if you are a side sleeper. Very supportive but little to no plushness. Expect better from a hotel of this caliber.

While the location is excellent and the hotel has a certain quaintness to it, it is certainly in need of at least some mild to moderate upgrades and sprucing (particularly the bathrooms). Not a full service amenity type hotel but that’s okay if you don’t need that. Just wish the hallways, lobby and rooms were given TLC at this price point because my observation is no one is prioritizing painting, clean/newer carpets on beyond 1999 room fixtures. However the staff was friendly enough and the location is hard to beat. This property can easily go from average to superior with even a small amount of capital infused renovations that would cost very little. A little could go a long way. Don’t rest on laurels (here , good location).

Great stay while in savannah. Guest services polite and efficient, room clean, breakfast great. Street parking was easy.
