We were there 15 minutes before requesting a refund. The toilet didn’t work, there were bugs in the room, the room hadn’t been cleaned, no towels in the room, no hand soap in the room, the remotes were missing, it was disgusting.

Found a couple bugs in the bed, bathtub was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush. We were there only one night and I was glad. The elevator felt like it could get stuck at any time and just drop.. For sure wouldn’t go back.

Let me start with i was injured twice! auto doors to lobby closed on me scraping and bruising arms. bathroom small hard to get out, stubbed little toe, nail off and bled. Lied to about full breakfast. watery powdered eggs, white bagel and bread. sugared cereals with no milk. there 5 days not so much as an apple or banana in the empty 3 tier fruit bowl. they had white waffle batter. cockroach on coffee machine. We arrived sun stayed till friday. upon arrival empty soda bottle and pubic hair in bathroom. only one elevator worked entire time. leak in roof entire time, walk around stuff to get pools, one closed outside, inside to cold and 15 people max!! hot tub small. i spoke with numerous other guest, also unhappy. one was told could change room for higher price. 3 towels for 5 people, have to take old towels down to get more. one guest wanted more blankets was told to fold ones he had would double. NEVER AGAIN!!

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was difficult to understand, we were only given directions to the elevator. The elevator was extremely slow to the point we were unsure whether it was working or not. Inside the room, one of the beds has a very large dip in the center that was clearly visible and uncomfortable. There were only three towels for a room that would sleep 8. There were no towels at the pool. Breakfast was pitifully low in quantity and quality. Most items were “out” and others were stale or unfit for eating. The oranges should have been thrown out days ago. The entire floor was sticky, trash cans were overflowing. At checkout, the clerk was seated in the dining area and loudly said we could put our key cards on the desk. Overall an incredibly bad experience for the cost of the room. Never will return.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Great view of the mountain for the price. The ac made noises throughout the night but was still was able to sleep. Not much hot water in the shower.
