Loved the triple family room we stayed in there were 3 queen size beds and lots of room!!!! however, food was on the floor from previous guests, 1 of the fridges didn't work, blower dryer was ripped off the wall.

The breakfast was only on the weekends , but that wasn’t why I stayed, had trouble with the heat manager came and took care of it, he also let me use his computer to print some papers I needed to have for my wife’s church Sunday

It’s clean, but if you like hot water it ain’t for you. Also you must book directly or they will deny you breakfast. Pool looked dirty although they said it was clean. The hot tub was safe though. The young man refilled it every morning . All in all it was iight …good for a last min decision or budget friendly trip

Smelled like marijuana room was dirty with trash still on the floor. Stains on the bedding and what appeared to be vomit on the couch stained with something on the wall. We immediately. Checked out and didn’t last anymore than 10-15 minutes in this room

The property could use a good update and deep cleaning and maintenance update. Over all the rooms were cozy and the beds were good just a lot of little things like dirty curtains and walls and maintenance updates like replacing outlet covers and repairing broken fixtures. Nothing making our stay intolerable. Loved the balcony but was promised a Mountain View but didnt get one. The indoor pool chlorine was so strong it burns your eyes and the hot tub was also so strong you couldn’t turn it on.

Felt like a prison being locked into the hotel. There was only 1 staff member, and she had no clue what to do, was charge a fee of $15 and she didn't know what it was for, Room was dirty and bed had stains all over them. Ended up checking out and going to another hotel.

Do not stay here very disgusting dirty rooms full of spiders and webs on roof there was human feces all over the toilet molding in the shower pool and hot tube is nasty rooms covered in dust owners will not give refund or give you a new room very rude

No hot water for hours. Pool was full of rambunctious kids. Air conditioner took almost a full day to cool the room. Ice maker didnt work. Pop machines were empty. Breakfast was a joke. Only 1 of the 2 waffle makers were turned on. I turned the 2nd one on because the line was long. The eggs and sausages were cold, not even room temp. By the time butter and cream cheese were put out, there was no more bagels or toast. Not even wasting time with breakfast tomorrow. I would not recommend this property at all. The postive reviews have to have been paid for.

The beds were awful, limited towels, never had our room cleaned over a period of 4 days, the hot tub jets didn't work and the hot tub was disgusting, the pool was freezing, the vending machines were out of stock and what wasn't out of stock was the wrong item when you pressed a button, we asked for towels multiple times and only received them after bringing our dirty towels down to the front desk from the 6th floor, they would lock the front door at night and switch which doors were open in the back so if you were out past 10 pm, you had to check every door before finally getting in, we ran out of trash bags, the water in the shower was FREEZING for 30 minutes before it would start to warm up, we had a horrible stay to say the least. The only good thing about our stay was the fact that it had a small patio.

I will never say there again. The beds were dirty. The TVs wouldn't work. The shower was tricky. It was just all over a bad state and the breakfast really was bad. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog
