Property was great. Would have been a perfect stay except our neighbors were loud and yelling throughout the night. Sounded like a room full of kids and an annoyed dad. Also room across from us had a baby that screamed most of the night.

Property was conveniently located. Although we ran into a few problems it was alright. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff also kept us updated on their issues. I dont think id stay here again bc overall & unfortunate, it was just a bad experience.

Its not bad if your staying for a few days or even overnight however this property needs to be remodeled and could use more food options for breakfast

The exterior elevator smelled so bad it was nauseating. I took the stairs the remainder of stay after the first trip on it. Overall I have stayed in worse but have definitely stayed in much better.

loved our stay here for 3 nights. Friendly customer service, straight to the point. The outside of the hotel looks a little outdated and we were skeptical but it turned out to be really nice and clean. Comfortable, AFFORDABLE. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi in my suite. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is a great overnight stop if you are on a longer trip as it’s affordable. The beds were comfortable and parking was free/easy. It’s located right on the strip of all the exciting attractions in Pigeon Forge. I don’t think I would stay here longer than an overnight stay as our room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast wasn’t good.
