Very clean and comfortable! I t was a nice refuge from a long day at Dollywood. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty. Walked to the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that was awful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. The ladies working the front counter were not very friendly and look at customers as of they are a nuisance even before speaking. Their was a guy (sorry didn't catch name/bald) that was super friendly and talked to everyone. I assume he is the manager. If not he certainly should be. Hopefully his great attitude and customer service runs off on the staff around him.

Perfect place! It was quiet and clean. It had a hot tub, pool, and amazing room. We got the top floor and the view of the town was beautiful. The shower/tub had VERY hot water. Free breakfast which was decent, and complimentary drinks in the lobby. There's no vending machine but they do have a snack/drink bar at the front desk. Overall, it was the best hotel I've ever been to!
