The only danger you will encounter when entering Scarlett’s “Lair” is the fact that you won’t want to leave. If you are looking for great accommodations in an awesome Pigeon Forge location look no farther. Scarlett’s Lair has all the comforts of home and more! Lounge in the morning with your coffee on one of two private decks. Entertain your guests in the open floor plan. This property features a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar flowing into the dining room and living room. The second floor features a washer and dryer, full bath in the hallway and two good sized bedrooms.
If you decide to venture out of the resort, the condo is just a short drive from the parkway in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It is also a short drive in the other direction to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There is so much to do in the area, there is something for everyone. The area is full of history, beauty and fun! Add all this to a beautiful relaxing cabin and you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever.
We are Pet Friendly property with the added pet fee. Community pool.
FYI: This is a 2 story condo and is located on the second floor so climbing steps is necessary. The first level is the kitchen, living room (with a sleeper sofa), dining room, powder room and deck. The second floor has the 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry area and another deck off of the master bedroom.
I just heard the pool is down until further notice. I am so sorry for the inconvienance.
Scarlett’s Lair Rules and Regulations
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING condo. There will be a 250.00 fee for remediation if it becomes necessary.
2a. PET FEE this is a pet friendly condo with a 95.00 pet fee, an additional fee may apply for additional pets. (dogs only)
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT – A 50% deposit is required upon booking this property. When booking you automatically agree to these terms. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check in,
5. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six
(6) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed.
7. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring pool towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. (Towels are provided at the pool as well) Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster out front. An additional charge will be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
