The cabin was nice and comfortable but needs to be dusted. The ceiling fans are layered with dust build up the light over the table has cobwebs and dust on it, and the upper windows need to be cleaned. Other than that it was a great stay and look forward to returning in the near future.
Overall the cabin was beautiful and as described.
Communication with the host during the stay was super easy.
Over abundance of towels was amazing.
Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time at this cabin! Loaded with amenities throughout! Check in process was a breeze and communication was excellent. Loved the cabins decor and the furniture was very comfortable. Beds/matresses were great! Kids had a blast in the pool and the hot tub was relaxing. Views from the multiple decks were picturesque. I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend booking this cabin for your next family outing!
All in all we had a great stay with our family. There are no major complaints, but it needs a little TLC. The kids really enjoyed the pool!

Loved that the Cabin was so comfy!! The beds where wonderful. The whole family went for my youngest daughters 16th Bday and we had plenty of room and bathrooms for the whole gang. The indoor pool and Pool table was a big hit with the kids. The location was perfect and close to all things Pigeon Forge.
This cabin was absolutely beautiful and decorated exactly like the pictures. We could have spent the entire trip just staying in! The kids loved the swimming pool. It was heated nicely and slopped down to about 5ft. The game room was a big hit for the teens and the littles also loved playing in the movie theater!
The only suggestion I have for anyone renting this, is bring your own pillows :)
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. The private pool was wonderful for the kids and adults too. ☺️ This cabin is in a great location, close to Dollywood and all the other fun things to do in Pigeon Forge.
We did have some issues with the air conditioner not working properly, which we contacted the owner about. And as all homes do we feel like this home could use a good deep cleaning. But these minor things will not keep us from staying here again.

House has everything you need, but it needs TLC
This house has everything you need for a vacation in Pigeon Forge, pool, hot tub and media room. The house is decorated lovely. The house and the cleaning are desperately in need of some TLC. There isn’t a grill that we would use. There is a keurig but that was not included in the listing. The location is great, you are in top of a mountain with beautiful views.
Perfect for our family we had two 80 year old. They have rooms with no steps. Each bedroom had its own bathroom had teenagers and a five-year-old. The pool hot tub and the pool table kept all them busy I don’t think the listing has listed that it does have a washer and dryer the beds were comfortable. The sheets did not come off they new , new pool sticks. Any worries I had before was all taken care of before I got there. Everything was clean, it was perfect so grateful
Overpaying for cleaning company. Cleaned upon arrival.
The cabin was overall cute, well decorated. Unfortunately we had to clean upon arrival. There were clumps of hair and hair ties in random places, empty liquor bottles in drawers of a bathroom, cigarettes and ashes on top balcony, half eaten pizza under nightstand, press on nails with old food in the fold out bed. The hot tub and pool had a green tint to the water color. Part of the railing was disconnected from post but a table had been push against it to prevent any falls. The cleaning fee attached to this cabin is > $400.00
The house was beautiful and setup perfectly for us and 2 adult children and their families. There are 4 bedroom suites, a large open kitchen / family room area, and a spacious game room. We enjoyed the hot tub and amazing views from the multiple balconies. The pool looked very clean but we were so busy we didn’t use it. The home decor was unique and added to the interest.
Another very positive note was the ample supply of towels and wash clothes. There was also plenty of TP, paper towels, dish, and dishwasher detergent. It’s so nice not to have to worry about that stuff when on vacation.
The only suggestion for improvement would be a deep cleaning. It was generally clean but it could stand a deep cleaning in a few places.
We would definitely rent again.
And almost forgot.. the property is in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The place was great. The only issue we found was the other guest left underwear in bed so the cleaning lady missed that. And the parking area was a little small for trucks but it worked. The house was beautiful and the view was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
The accommodation was perfect. Very comfortable and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Ate breakfast each morning in this large cabin to start the day. Return in the evenings and gathered together in the front room to enjoy catching up on old times. Wonderful memories made on this strip. The view from the cabin was awe inspiring. Highly recommended.
Comfortable, clean, lovely cabin with awesome views. Hot tub and indoor pool were great. Great location in a hilly area. Would definitely stay again.

Deep cleaning needed!
This property could be very nice but needs a deep cleaning and some TLC!
Quite a bit of dust and cobwebs, just basic sprucing up had been done.
Travis was great, check in and out process was very easy!
We enjoyed our trip, the view was beautiful! Our grands loved the pool. I recommend bringing your own swim towels and kitchen towels. The grill was convenient, the parking- like many of the cabins in the resort, is tricky but roomy enough for 3 vehicles. The communication with the property management company was good.
Nice cabin and great location alot of black Bear with cubs around the cabins. The cabin has a couple leaks when it rains it leaks at the main level door going on to the deck and the windows beside the counter by the stove. We all had a great time and looking forward to renting again in January.
We loved the property! Our six grandkids were with us and had a great time swimming, watching movies and playing pool, games and Pac-Man. Highly recommend this home away from home!
Very clean easy to access property. The views are amazing. From swimming to shooting pool to pac man there was something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay
