The living room has room to sleep two more with a cozy, queen size sofa sleeper. This unit has been completely remodeled with all new furniture, floors, lighting and paint. . Enjoy watching the sunrise in the mornings on your balcony which boast a view of the mountains, including Mt. Leconte. A 55" TV and an electric fireplace awaits you in the living room. The bedroom comes with a 55' tv . No need to go to a laundromat during your stay, we have a washer/dryer in the unit. Also to add to your convenience a fully stocked kitchen for eating meals in.

There is a trolley stop just a short 3 minute walk from the condo. We are one mile from Ripken Baseball field, Leconte Convention Center, and The Island. Dollywood is a short 4 miles away.
