Welcome to Wildwood Retreat by Thompson Retreats! Experience the best of the Great Smoky Mountains at this cabin in Pigeon Forge. 'Wildwood Retreat' is a new construction 4-bed, 3-bath cabin that features natural-stone fireplaces (inside and outside), granite countertops, and flat parking. After a day of exploring & activities, come home to relax on the private deck and watch tv outside by the fire. This cabin is on city water (not well water).

Conveniently located just 5 minutes to The Island, 9 minutes to Ripken Experience, 15 minutes to Dollywood and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg & the National Park.

10 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

★ PRIVATE PARKING:
The cabin has easy flat parking with space for 3 cars right beside the cabin

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm.

No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per half-hour

★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S:
High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay

Streaming smart TVs in living room, back patio and in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc...

★ BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms which accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably. The sofa sleeper in living room can sleep two more people. The downstairs features a bedroom with king bed and bathroom with shower. The upstairs floor has a master bedroom with attached private bathroom, a bedroom with twin over twin bunks, a bedroom with full over full bunks and a hall bathroom

The bedrooms have hooks on the back of the doors (no closets) and dresser space, except the twin over twin bunk bedroom which has a media cabinet

★ KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker

★ LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out

★TRASH
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick up. An additional trash pickup can be coordinated for an additional $25 fee

There are convenience centers for trash drop off. The closest location is 447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, TN which is less than a 10 minute drive. It is open Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

★ HOT TUB
We have a hot tub on our back deck that was just recently installed. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ NEIGHBORHOOD
There are currently cabins being built on our street so there may be construction sometimes.

★ SECURITY
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance for your safety. There are no indoor cameras

★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave

★ Absolutely No Smoking

★ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages

★ We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters

Great Cabin / Great Host
We had a great time visiting and staying in this cabin. It was large enough for our family of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids between 6 & 9). We had a small issue late on Friday night, we let Jennifer know and she immediately took care of it. Great communication and the cabin is exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to all the action in Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was a bit smaller than we expected, but the living space was nice and large and open to the kitchen. The location is great, very close to Pigeon Forge. All in all we had a great time

Perfect retreat for families
We had an awesome time staying here as a group of four adults and six kids ages 11-16. The kids loved the foosball table and arcade game, and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Quick drive to town to all the activities and the place was spotless. I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Family Vaca Cabin
This cabin suited our family perfectly! We stayed with 3 teenagers and a 8 year old. The cabin had everything we needed and was beautiful. The location is perfect. Bonus is you can see the fireworks show at Dollywood from the back patio at night. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were great. The communication was excellent!

This is the second time we stayed at this location and we loved every minute of it. The property is an ideal location, close to it all, but our far enough that its not loud or crowded. The house is clean and an ideal layout for us. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) and everybody had their own space. The hosts were fantastic to communicate with during our stay.

Great family rental and host
We stayed at this wonderful cabin while attending a weekend conference at LeConte Center. It was very clean and spacious. The host was great to communicate with and stayed in contact with me throughout our stay. The conference kept us busy, so we weren't at the cabin enough to enjoy the beautiful back porch amenities, but did watch glorious sunrises from the porch each morning. Thanks, Jennifer & Jay, for sharing your lovely home as well as your attentiveness and help during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin!
Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay and Jennifer's cabin! We had tons of room for everyone to sleep - our kids even said the beds were cozy! The cabin was super clean upon arrival and we had plenty of kitchen supplies. Jay and Jennifer let us know ahead of time that the cabins didn't have closets, but that wasn't a problem because there was drawer space in every room. We had an excellent location - close to Pigeon Forge and only 20-25 min from Gatlinburg with traffic. J & J always checked in and were available if we had questions. We had no issues during our stay, though, and would gladly choose this cabin again. Thank you!

Great place!
This was a great place to stay. Beautiful cabin in a nice, quiet area, yet close to attractions! Plenty of space for a large family. Walking in and smelling the wood of the cabin was very relaxing after a long drive. There is a beautiful kitchen with a large table to have some home made meals. Three bathrooms and plenty of hot water to go around! We loved the back deck, with the rockers, fireplace, and TV! The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. Jennifer and Jay were wonderful hosts with open communication and available for all out needs. They truly want to make your stay amazing and it shows! We loved it and can’t wait to bring our kids back with us!

Perfect for our time and our family
We felt at home immediately. Cousin time for 5 nearly and adult grands and Maw and Gpa and a couple parents of those teen/young adults. Kids loved the hot tub and outdoor tv. Beds arrangement was perfect. We plan to spend the first day at Dollywood but loud thunderstorm and heavy rain all day kept us “home”. We just hung out and ate and enjoyed being together. Next day was sunny and hot but we enjoyed a hot, tiring and very fun day at Hollywood. Overall we loved and would definitely recommend.

Great location. Easy drive to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The owners/hosts checked on us a few times and are very nice. As far as the cabin it was very clean the layout worked great for us….it has a king on the first floor for elderly that don’t like climbing stairs. Cannot say enough good things about the cabin. They are at a distance but you can see the Dollywood drones and fireworks from the parking area.

We picked this cabin since we needed to be close to the Cal Ripken Experience. It was less than 2 miles and it was an easy ride. The house was nice, clean, and smelled nice. Close to the strip, many eating places, shopping and more. We would defiantly stay in this cabin again.
