It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. "The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. There is however a lot of concern from the property manager about noise...

The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. They helped us get settled in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to get to know the Italian Riviera. We can’t wait to go back!"

"The holiday home was superb and very nicely decorated and furnished. This home made the holiday. It fully catered for all our needs, included a need to relax in the evening after sight seeing or a day at the beach. Further, the garden was lovely and enabled us to have breakfast in the sun! Also, the owner was fantastic and kept checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. Overall, this holiday home added to our great holiday in Northern Italy!"

"This is a modernized hilltop villa set among vines and hazelnut trees. The vista is spectacular. There are two very comfortable bedrooms. The third bedroom has a sofa bed which we did not use. Many closets and drawers. Two very nice bathrooms. Large kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking. We are not so used to the little Mika coffee maker, and wish there was an electric one. "Stayed there with my friends during a climbing-trip. Easy check-in, parking lots and a good kitchen for cooking our own food. Short distance to many of the climbing crags but also really close to mtb-trails. And the view is amazing. "

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and property. Jessica was responsive and very helpful. It is way up the hill, so be prepared to drive to the beach. Would be even better with 2 couples where you could enjoy some meals together on the patio, overlooking the sea. The views of the sea from the house and patio are really incredible. Very tastefully and artistically decorated. Enjoyed dinner at La Ruggia and visiting Finalborgo. Highly recommend!"

"Maison en parfait état et bien aménagée. Bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Nous avons surtout apprécié les grottes riches en traces de la présence humaine. Le petit musée historique de la vieille ville et son ambiance tranquille par rapport à la plage trop mercantile. Belles promenades à partir de San Bernardino. Encore merci au propriétaire qui a été très gentil avec nous et à Cristina tout au long de notre séjour."

"This is a very cool house but the photos and the reality are not one and the same. I was shocked at how rustic the kitchen was. The only pic of the kitchen is the fabulous gas range, but there is a reason they don't show you the rest. It is tiny, with not much storage or countertop space. the marble sink is old and very small. It was a struggle cooking in there. "My friends and I enjoyed a lot the villa. From the entertainment to the size of the rooms and the ample number of bathrooms. Waking up and having coffe in the terrace looking at the Finalborgo valley in the distance feels like a dream. Cristina was very helpful and always available."

"We waren in Ciglie om een weekje te fietsen en hebben het erg goed gehad in Villa Elma. Ciglie is een schitterend dorpje, met niet veel meer dan een kerk, een kasteel en een restaurant. En vooral heel veel prachtige uitzichten. Alles in het huis is netjes afgewerkt en van goede kwaliteit. Recente badkamer met gescheiden douche en bad, al is de douche een beetje klein.
