"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio but still quiet. The pool is amazing."

"This Hotel is only a year old and is immaculately maintained by an efficient cleaning staff. The beds are good for getting solid sleep and the showers hot with plenty of water. Breakfast was more than sufficient with wonderful Cupaccino, Espresso, ans Americana style coffees made a cup at a time."

"A group of us stayed at Casa Benessere to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We had celebrated our 10th there so we knew what to expect- a fantastic property in a great location. Sarah had arranged an anniversary card as a really nice welcoming touch along with a welcome pack. Alessandro ( who looks after the property) was really great ahead of our arrival and although my Italian is Ok, I didn’t need it as his English is so good Sarah- Grazie Mille e tourneremo!"

"Great villa in beautiful nature. We had everything we needed, and Michele was for us every time we needed something new. He is unique host with his willingness to help and to make your stay perfect . Highly recommend for group of friends , families with kids ( great pool) and any other group . We will be back"

"Spent a beautiful week with our family, including 6 grandchildren celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary. Had their recommended chef cook for us 4 evenings which was a real bonus. Amazing food. Upstairs rooms only suitable for children rather than adults. Trampoline a little worry, as no safety net. Highly recommend everything."

"We had a wonderful couple of weeks at Casa Oleandra. The house is beautiful , extremely comfortable and well equipped. We made great use of the swimming pool and table tennis table too! The views make this a very special place. It’s very rural and secluded which we loved. Gualdo is easy and quick to get to from the house by car and it has all the basics that we needed- including a great butcher who was so patient with our virtually non existent Italian (though we left with far more language than we came with!) Sarnano and Fermo are beautiful too. Huge thanks to Gail who was so accommodating and helpful .. we would love to return! This is an idyllic spot!"

"What a fantastic stay we had. We came for the food (top notch restaurant) but fell in love with the town too. The hotel is brilliantly situated and also has an excellent cafe concession in town. Try the truffle scattered scrambled eggs. At the hotel, we had a 7 course dinner of dreams. Staff couldn't have been nicer. There is a lovely spa area in the basement too."
