"Our first views of the villa highlighted it's most amazing location. Conveniently close to the nearby Gualdo,with good road access, and yet located in the middle of the countryside with amazing views in all directions. We loved watching the sheep on the nearby hills, accompanied closely by a large flock of white egrets, the many jays and other birds passing across the property, and on one occasion the three eagles soaring above. "We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...
