"Partiamo dai punti più positivi. Proprietà disponibile e cordialissima Posto splendidamente isolato nella natura e molto particolare. Purtroppo la struttura ha i suoi anni e manca un'ammodernamento della stessa, molto ben tenuta, per carità e pulitissima, ma si vedono tutti gli oltre 25 anni di attività. Peccato perchè il posto è veramente meraviglioso ed i gestori sono veramente deliziosi"

"Unsere Zeit bei Sara und Roberto war wunderbar. Die beiden sind die besten Vermieter die man sich nur vorstellen kann: herzlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit - man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Wohnungen sind super sauber, der Garten mit Pool ist einfach toll. Das Haus ist lagetechnisch super gelegen. Man kann in der Umgebung so viel erleben und entdecken, da man sehr zentral zwischen allen Ausflugszielen liegt. "We enjoyed a wonderful fortnight's stay at this beautiful home in the hills outside the village of Monterchi. The house sits on a ridge with far reaching views across the surrounding valleys, particularly stunning from the swimming pool. "Had a great time again with our family and the dogs. The house may not be the most modern, but it’s clean and huge, and so is the domain with its large terrace and amazing view. Roberto and Alicia are very helpful and are very respectful for you privacy. The region is perfect for hiking and mountain biking, and the restaurants and shops are not very expensive. So I would truly recommend this place is your into the true Italian rural /nature experience . We will definitely come back."

"A very peaceful place in green area surrounded by threes of fruit we could eat. We were met by Marc who made us feel home. Beautiful new renovated room with nice decor. Breakfast was good with selection of eggs, ham and type of bread. We had the best pizza ever down in the city nearby. "

"The villa was an incredible location for our group to enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend away. Francesco our host was very helpful and accommodating during our stay as well as before during our planning the trip. I would highly recommend the villa in Sansepulcro for any type of group outings!"

"We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"We rented for the month of October, 2024. We broke the month into 3 section of 10 days each. The first section we invited friends, 6 couples, all retried adults. The next group were nieces and nephews all adults 30 to 40 years old. The last group was brothers and sisters.
