The casa Maremonti is an old Ligurian farmhouse in the hinterland of Imperia on the Ligurian 'Riviera ponente'. Here you can combine the hiking holiday in the Alps with the beach holiday on the Mediterranean.

The two halves of the house Casa Dino and Casa Mario, each with about 110 m2 living space are interconnected and can be used separately and / or together, z. For a larger group or for two families. Both halves have a kitchen and bathroom. The large living-dining area in casa Dino is designed for up to 12 people.

Nirasca is nestled in olive groves at 486 m above sea level. This makes it well bearable in midsummer. The house is located in the lower district, the so-called 'case sottane'. The place has around 30 (!) friendly and helpful residents.

The beautiful town of Pieve di Teco, whose monastery can be seen from the house in the valley, is just 5 minutes away by car. Pieve di Teco is historically an important transit station towards Piedmont and has retained a pristine charm. Here, in the medieval arcades in small shops, there are a variety of shops for everyday needs and local products and there are bars and trattorias. In the hinterland of Imperia you can partake in a genuine Italian life and enjoy a pristine, intact nature. To the coast you either drive to Albenga / Alassio or to Imperia a good half hour each. Half an hour by car to the hinterland, and you are in the middle of the mountains of the Ligurian Maritime Alps with their almost unlimited hiking possibilities.

Aussergewöhnlich stilvoll renoviertes Haus, ruhig, geräumig, authentisch, absolut empfehlenswert!
Der Eindruck von aussen ist unscheinbar, doch sobald man die Räume betritt ist man sehr angenehm überrascht, wie viel Platz die zwei Häuser bieten. Alles ist Tip-Top renoviert, neue Bäder, Fußböden, Küche etc. Ein gelungener Mix aus authentischer alter Bausubstanz und neuen Stilelementen. Eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung (Mix aus alt & neu), eigentlich fast zu schade zur Vermietung. Ideal für Ruhesuchende die Wert auf ein schönes Ambiente legen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Top-Ambiente, authentisch, ruhig, individuell
Ideal für ruhesuchende Individuallisten die ein top-gepflegtes und geschmackvolles Ambiente zu schätzen wissen. In natura noch viel schöner als man es von den Fotos vermuten würde, geräumig, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, charmanter Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Die zwei Häuser bieten viel Platz verteilt auf mehreren Ebenen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wunderschön renoviertes Bauernhaus
Das Haus liegt traumhaft, mitten in den Bergen der ligurischen Küste. Der Ausblick durch das große Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer ist noch spektakulärer als auf den Fotos. Die alte Bausubstanz und moderne Ausstattungen sind eine einzigartige Kombination. Die Bewohner von Nirasca waren sehr freundlich und offen. Der nächst größere Ort Pieve de Teco ist einer der schönsten im Umkreis und bietet alle was man für einen perfekten italienischen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war nicht nur sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig sondern hatte noch gute Tips für Ausflüge und tolle Strände. Auch eine last minute Umbuchung war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable, avec une vue superbe sur les montagnes, au calme. Sa situation nous a permis de parcourir tant les Alpes du sud que le bord de mer. Que des bons souvenirs.
