"The property itself is excellent. It’s the area that is a problem. There should be a designated space for upload and unloading of luggage given the terrain and weather of the area. It was not easy to drag luggages uphill with young children. "

"We booked a room but did not know that there was a generator near our room and was loud. The staff upgraded us to an apartment after a couple of nights. Just a tip, book an apartment if you are thinking of staying here. Breakfast was ok since there’s no shops anywhere near this place. If you can rent a car, better but I think taxis go here. Water pressure was good as well as the wifi. If you miss fast food after eating pasta 3x a day, there’s fast food choices 15 mins away ie Burger King and...

"We loved our stay at the San Gimignano apartment. The location was perfect right in the city center. The apartment was charming and unique with family history. We walked everywhere except when we went to wineries or cooking classes. Elda was a wonderful host and always in communication with us. She also introduced us to Sonia, a local private driver, who took us where we needed to go when we left the city center. She was also amazing. We definitely want to return. "

"This apartment was great. 3 minute walk to El Campo. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly, spoke English and made recommendations. The umbrellas at the apartment worked out well as two of mine broke in Lucca!! I would rent this apartment again."

It has been renovated and equipped to a high standard and has everything you could wish for a very pleasant in Sienna. "Wow! What an amazing place. Every bit as much as we needed. Quaint, clean, out of the way. It is in a very small village away from Greve. Babette was a wonderful host and made us a wine tasting reservation. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We cooked almost ever night I highly recommend this property, but know that it is in a remote area few minutes away from town Thank you Babette"

"This VRBO is lovely. Sara met us to give us the keys and a quick tour. It has everything you need to be self sufficient. 10 minute drive to Santa Catarina parking lot in Siena. From there, couple minutes walk to the escalators that take you up into the city.2 very good restaurants within 2 minutes by car. We will definitely stay again if in the area."

"The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...
