Luxury T3 apartment upstairs with fully equipped private terrace and offering a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio to the Sanguinaires Islands.

Located in the municipality of Pietrosella at the place called "Vignale", beach access can be done on foot (Stanella beach at 200 meters). The superb beaches of the Rupione as well as the silver beach (Mare e sole) are only a few minutes away by car.

Close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, water activities...).

Residence of 6 comfortable and completely renovated apartments, in a wooded park with sea view swimming pool.

Fenced parking with digicode.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have a Wi-Fi connection.

- living room with sea view, equipped with a TV, a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes).

- beautiful terrace with sea view and fully equipped (dining table, parasol, electric barbecue, deckchairs, drying rack)

- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, TV and storage.

- bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm (possibility of pairing them to make a double bed) and storage.

Also available, a common laundry room with washing machine as well as a bowling alley.

Wir haben den Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne Standrestaurants in der Nähe.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit Traumausblick
Traumhafter Blick von Terrasse und Pool auf die Bucht von Ajaccio, gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung, keine Stechmücken, bequeme Betten, super freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, Strand und Supermarkt in laufnähe. Lediglich die Straße vor dem Haus war teilweise etwas störend. Uns hat es äußerst gut gefallen!

Un appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie d’Ajaccio.
Excellent accueil par les propriétaires à l’arrivée, pendant le séjour et au départ. Vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe d’Ajaccio et les îles sanguinaires pour les grands appartements situés au premier étage de la résidence Vignale. Appartements avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Cuisine bien équipée, terrasse magnifique et grande. Barbecue électrique. Chambres avec une literie confortable. Douche à l’italienne et wc séparé. Parking privatif. Piscine avec des transats disponibles pour tout le monde et une eau propre et douce. Calme et silence au sein de la résidence malgré la route passante en bas de la résidence. Tout est parfait et mérite des félicitations sans réserve aux propriétaires.

Très bonne location
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine . Nous avions l.appartement 1 situé au premier étage La vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio est à couper le souffle. Et nous avons pu profiter des couchers de soleil. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. La piscine est très agréable et le fait qu’il n’y ait que 5 ou 6 appartements dans la résidence , nous avions toujours de la place sur les transats. Un accès à pieds à une plage est un plus. Le seul bémol est la proximité de la route , il vaut mieux le savoir à l’avance mais cela est compensé par la qualité de la location est l’emplacement idéal à proximité de plein de belles plages.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et plage à pied
Tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien! Super terrasse avec le barbecue qui va bien. La piscine est agréable. Et surtout il y a une belle plage avec une paillote tout près, l’eau est translucide. Les commerces sont proches et de qualité. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Super semaine.

Résidence bien placée,très propre L'appartement bien équipé ,litterie très confortable. Grand terrasse avec la vue magique. Piscine et le parc entretenus tous les jours.Parking sécurisé Le propriétaire très disponible Belle plage 5-10 min à pied et les autres célèbres plages à proximité Idéal pour se reposer et visiter la region Merci pour super accueil on y retournera avec plaisir
