Luxury T3 apartment in the DRC with fully equipped private terrace and offering a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio to the Sanguinaires Islands.

Located in the municipality of Pietrosella at the place called "Vignale", beach access can be done on foot (Stanella beach at 200 meters). The superb beaches of the Rupione as well as the silver beach (Mare e sole) are only a few minutes away by car.

Close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, water activities...).

Residence of 6 comfortable and completely renovated apartments, in a wooded park with sea view swimming pool.

Fenced parking with digicode.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have a Wi-Fi connection.

- living room with sea view, equipped with a TV, a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes).

- beautiful terrace with sea view and fully equipped (dining table, parasol, electric barbecue, deckchairs, drying rack)

- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, TV and storage.

- bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm (possibility of pairing them to make a double bed) and storage.

Also available, a common laundry room with washing machine as well as a bowling alley.

Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Emplacement idéal de la résidence, à 2mn à pied d'une belle plage, proche de petits commerces. La piscine au pied de notre logement était très bien entretenue, tout comme l'appartement qui est très bien équipé. De plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Väldigt bra!
Fräsch och välutrustad lägenhet, fantastisk utsikt och tillgång till pool och hav (fin strand på gångavstånd). Kort bilfärd till flera vackra stränder. Vi gjorde också dagsutflykt med båt till Ajaccio. Vi har haft en mycket bra semestervecka och vill gärna återvända.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Wir konnten unsere Krabbelkinder bedenkenlos auf der Terrasse krabbeln lassen. Auch der Pool ist eingezäunt, mit einem Tor, welches Kindergartenkinder nicht alleine öffnen können. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Golf von Ajaccio ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Zur Info, sollte man mit kleineren Kindern anreisen: der Pool ist auf der niedrigsten Seite 1,10m tief. Kleinere Kinder können hier nicht stehen. Dennoch ist der Pool sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt und wir hatten viel Spaß. Verbesserungsvorschläge wären, dass der Spielbereich etwas liebevoller gestaltet wäre und gepflegt wäre. Wir haben ihn leider nicht nutzen können, da er verwildert war.

Superbe résidence
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. L’appartement est tout récent avec tout le confort nécessaire et une propreté exemplaire. La piscine est très bien située et rapide d’accès. Merci à Jonathan et son épouse pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ils sont à vos petits soins. Un endroit idéal. La plage est toute proche ( 5 min à pieds )

Parfait rien à redire. Idéal pour de bonnes vacances en famille.
Réalité conforme aux photos, logement récent et donc en parfait état, trés spacieux pour 4. Cuisine très fonctionnelle et complète, literie de qualité, 2 TV, SdB bien agencée avec petite niche dans douche italienne. Belle terrasse avec barbecue électrique (non utilisé), parasol, étendoir et magnifique vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Belle piscine avec traitement eau aux sels entourée de végétaux, et transats. Buanderie commune avec 2 machines à laver et table à repasser avec centrale vapeur pour l'ensemble des 6 logements, Idéalement situé pour visiter les environs d'Ajaccio. Propriétaires forts sympathiques et soucieux du confort et bien être de leurs locataires.
