"My sister and I stayed at the Hotel Gagliardi for two nights and were upgraded upon arrival which was a fun surprise! One of the perks of traveling in December! Hotel is older but very clean and charming, with multiple places to hang out (patio, sun room, roof top). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Maria at the front desk is a gem - great restaurant suggestions, very friendly and helpful! She really helped make our stay a great one! "

"This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area. "

"This was a last minute booking for one night at half 3 in the afternoon. What a fantastic find! There wasn't much around at the end of October and based on reviews and us having a car, we went for this. We wish we had had more time but needed a car to be returned to Syracuse by 11 next day :( I cannot say enough positive things about the place, the staff, the welcome, the price including breakfast and aside to the room, the gorgeous garden space and furniture. It was a calm relaxing area. We didn't use the pool being so late in but had a fabulous meal in the hotel with great service and good quality. The breakfast was as good. This hotel deserves to continue doing well as the staff are the best resource. Grazie per tutti x"
