"Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...

"We had a lovely holiday, the villa had lots of room and the pool was fantastic. Couple of places to have meals and kitchen was good. Interesting area, went to Cortona, Assisi and Arezzo. "For various reasons we were all exhausted and arrived from two different countries to the most beautiful house, set in glorious countryside with stunning views. The house was a wonderful haven, cool on the inside from the high ceilings and air conditioning with a gentle breeze outdoors most of the time. The house was spacious and easily accommodated us all. Basic provisions had been provided and communication with the owner were prompt and extremely helpful. The size of the pool was a delight...

"Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken."

"My husband and I cannot say enough about this villa! The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It is about a 30 minute drive from main city centre in Cortona. The nearest train station we used was Camucia. We would recommend renting a car to have to drive around the area and surrounding areas. Otherwise, it will be hard to get around. We would drive our car and park it at the Camucia train station and then take the train to Florence and Rome, etc. It was amazing staying in this...
