Het appartement is schoon, zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die voor je klaar staat wanneer dat nodig is. De laatste avond werd ons nog een maaltijd aangeboden, zeer vriendelijk. De ligging is top als je met de winter gebruik gaat maken van de skigebieden. Het appartement is alleen wel aan vernieuwing toe. Vlekken in de bank, bekleding van eetkamerstoelen kapot, het matras is echt slecht, en het laminaat is wel toe aan vervanging. Kortom het huisje heeft wat liefde nodig qau interieur maar wat de locatie en vriendelijke beheerder is zeker niks mis mee.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt gewesen. Der Empfang ist herzlich gewesen und die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr bemüht, dass wir uns gut wohlfühlen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es gibt eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit 4 Platten Herd, Spüle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und einen Optigrill. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck ist in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden. Ebenso Schneidebretter und Messer. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Haartrockner, Waschbecken, Dusche und WC. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. In den kleinen Windfang/Flurbereich sind Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Jacken und Abstellen der Schuhe gegeben. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Futonbett mit 2 Nachtkonsolen. Das Bett ist recht weich gefedert, aber keineswegs durchgelegen. Wir liegen lieber etwas härter 😋. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sideboard mit einen TV, eine große Couch und einen ausreichend großen Kleiderschrank, sowie einen Couchtisch. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und für den Hund Snacks - sehr nette und aufmerksame Geste 👍🏼 Im Wohnzimmer gibt es Informationen der Umgebung in Hülle und Fülle. Auch ist die Gastgeberin bei Tips zu Unternehmungen stets gerne behilflich. Beheizt wird die Wohnung mit kleinen Elektroheizungen, welche sehr schnell warm wurden und die kleine Wohnung mehr als ausreichend aufheizen. Vor der Wohnung hat man die Möglichkeit sich an einen großen Tisch zu setzen und es gibt auch einen Grill. Haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, fanden wir trotzdem super 👍🏼 Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein PKW Stellplatz unter einem Carport, wo auch der Müll getrennt wird. Das war super organisiert und es versteht jeder sofort! Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich um einfach, aber nicht spartanisch! Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, sollten wir wieder einmal in die Region fahren wollen.

Ankommen und es ist Urlaub !!!
Es war wirklich wundervoll ! Wir kamen zwei Stunden früher an und es war kein Problem wir konnten sofort in die Wohnung. Als wir rein kamen stand schon eine Flasche Wein und etwas süßes für uns bereit. Josefine hat sich sofort um unseren Hund gekümmert und ihn mit einer Tüte Leckerlies bestochen :-) Die Vermieterin ( Josefine ) ist wirklich herzlich und kümmert sich um alles ! Das beste war dann der Schnizel-Abend super lecker aber nicht zu schaffen ! Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet aber hat alles was man braucht selbst eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel ist in der Fewo. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war das wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten… Eins steht fest: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !!!!

Einfach toll!
Keine der Wohnungen, die wir in unseren bisherigen Urlauben hatten, war so großzügig ausgestattet wie diese. Da fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Lage in dem ruhigen Ort Walchen ist nah an Zell am See und Kaprun (nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto). Nach Krimml fährt man ca. 45 Min. Zur Vermieterin kann man nur eins sagen: Besser geht’s nicht! Sie ist supernett und sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! 👍👍👍

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw Josefine. Ze heeft zelfs een keer voor ons gekookt. Typisch Oostenrijks , Heerlijke schnitzel! Huisje was netjes, goede bedden en een mooie landelijke omgeving met paarden voor de deur in het weiland. 10 tot 15 min rijden vanaf Kaprun en Zell am see!

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 4 Tage nach Pfingsten. Nach einem herzlichen Empfang hat uns Josefine die Wohnung gezeigt und ein paar Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Nach vielen Wanderungen zur Schmittenhöhe und zu den Krimmler Wasserfällen konnten wir ihren phänomenalen Apfelstrudel genießen. Wir vier haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung als auch die Gegend sehr empfehlen. Bis bald 😁

Op een lentedag (14 graden) in januari arriveerden we rond het middaguur in Walchen bij Piesendorf. Voor de vriendelijke gastvrouw Josefine was dit geen probleem en ze liet ons meteen na de schoonmaak binnen in de woning. Zo konden we op deze eerste dag ontspannen boodschappen doen en de omgeving alvast wat verkennen. Gelukkig daalde de temperatuur snel, zodat we onder winterse omstandigheden hebben geskied in Kaprun en Zell am See. Omdat de Pinzgauloipes leden onder gebrek aan sneeuw moesten we voor het langlaufen naar Jochberg (30 km ver) en dat was meer dan de moeite waard. Wandelingen in allerlei moeilijkheidsgraden zijn volop te maken in het brede dal en tegen de beboste hellingen. Bij thuiskomst staat onze gastvrouw klaar met een fles wijn en schone handdoeken, de service is uitstekend! Veertien dagen vliegen zo om en we kunnen heel tevreden en met een tikkeltje heimwee terug kijken op onze vakantie in dit vakantiehuis.

Geweldig verblijf gehad, hele lieve huiseigenaar die een fles wijn voor onz en snacks voor de hond had klaargezet. Één avond heeft ze zelfs gekookt! Het huis was schoon, in een prachtige omgeving. De Fun card zat erbij. Zeker een aanrader! Centrale ligging,dichtbij een kleine supermarkt, Zell am See, Kaprun en Krimml.

Hartelijk ontvangen door Josefine! Wat een vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid!! De accommodatie is wat gedateerd en voor ons gezin (2 volw. en 2 jong volwassenen) iets aan de krappe kant. Maar de vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw maakte dat helemaal goed. Ze heeft zelfs een keer voor ons gekookt! Het huis staat op een mooie locatie. Ons appartement had helaas een smal balkon wat voor een deel bekeken werd door het tweede appartement. Beetje vreemd. Terras bij de voordeur is mooi ruim met mooie zithoek. Maar hier komen ook de gasten van het tweede app. langs. Maar nogmaals, Josefine doet er alles aan om je welkom te voelen. En ze is toch niet opdringerig. Fijne vakantie in een schitterende omgeving! I have been to this apartment 3 times. My expectations are always met. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The owner is a nice and cheerful person. Quiet and calm. Near to the ski stations. I recommend staying with Mrs. Josefina.

Wir wurden super herzlich von der Vermieterin Josefine empfangen und rundum gut versorgt. Das Apartment liess keine Wünsche offen und selbst für unseren Hund gab es ein Begrüssungsgeschenk :) Bei längeren Ausflügen ohne Hund gab es sogar Gassi-Service inklusive. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.
Eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Dazu noch vorne die Terasse mit Grill für die Nachmittagssonne und hinten der Balkon mit toller Aussicht und Morgensonne. Etwas unglücklich ist lediglich das die 3 Balkonfenster zur Nachbarwohnung gehören. Josefine (die Vermieterin) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man hat sofort das Gefühl als würde man sich schon länger kennen. Wenn es uns nochmal in diese Gegend zieht werden wir ganz bestimmt wieder dort buchen.

Accommodatie zoals beschreven op de website. Zeer rustig gelegen, je hoort niets van de Mittersillerstrasse. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastheer. Je kan vanuit de locatie een aantal wandelingen doe, we vonden het wel spijtig dat er op de wandelingen toch wel wat asfalteren zijn. Absolute aanrader is een daguitstapje naar de Weisssee in Uttendorf, mooi dal en dan met de gondel naar boven.
