"This is a very sweet place with plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fireplace, heat pump and separate heater kept the place warm. The snow was beautiful! The hosts were friendly, helpful and super attentive to whatever we needed. Lovely place for a getaway. "

"The location was perfect, close to the family we were visiting and a lot of great amenities. We stayed for a week so it was wonderful to have laundry facilities and a comfortable bed. The owners and host were very nice and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!"

"Loved how warm and clean everything was. Joyce has it very well stocked and you can tell she has thought of everything. From perfect umbrellas, super fast and strong wifi, lots of pillows and even an old Electrolux vacuum that works well and brought back a lot of memories. The two room fireplace was a hit and the subtle Christmas decorations made for the perfect holiday celebration. "

"Our favorite accommodation on our Vancouver Island tour. We liked the location, out of town and near our friends. My favorite things were the outdoor grill (try the local salmon if you can find it), the host's delicious homemade bread, and the roomba-like (Shark, actually) device that did a super job picking up crumbs and little bits of nature that blew in. "Beautiful, clean, well-appointed townhome. Not a huge property, but thoughtfully laid out with abundant storage. The kitchen was well-stocked. Located near a light rail station and backing up into a beautiful park. Hot tub was terrific. Kids loved the quirky climbing wall and other kid-friendly appointments. Owner was very responsive."

"Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio was wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine. The area was easy to get around in, shopping close by and has the best restaurant/pub (Cobblestone Pub) we’ve had the pleasure to eat at. Every item we picked was delicious and the service was awesome. The Thai restaurant in Shawinigan Lake was also excellent, great pad thai! We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it highly."

"Overall the unit is clean and well stocked and the location of the property was nice. Checkin/ checkout process was easy and communication from the property manager was good. Unit is small but well laid out and suitable for two or three guests. The outdoor amenities were not as advertised which was a disappointment given that this was a main reason for selecting this unit."
