Thought I'd have to talk bad about what really is an excellent place; I'm very thankful Deb made things right! Let me explain - I originally booked a room with a lower rate than the other ones available, but my credit card was charged a much higher amount when I checked in. The next day I called Expedia to see if my booking was priced inaccurately on their end, but nope! Turns out Deb inadvertently booked me a more expensive room amid the slew of reservations she was handling. Realizing this after checkout, she deeply apologized and then graciously refunded me the difference. By holding herself accountable, Deb renewed my belief that most people are inherently good and just doing their best! The rest of my experience was lovely (yummy breakfast, plenty of snacks, hot shower, great night's sleep, etc.). Largely thanks to Deb, I'd definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Pierre!
