Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and miles of panoramic prairie vistas along the Lake Oahe in this beautiful custom built Jorgensen log home. The second floor consists of the master bedroom and whirlpool bath, as well as an open loft with additional beds. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a custom kitchen including soapstone counter tops and appliances, a large great room and dining area. A small mudroom off the spacious wrap around deck provides an area for all of your fishing and hunting gear. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. The basement also includes an additional bedroom and bath. The house is located on the Little Bend of Lake Oahe which provides a spectacular panoramic view of the Missouri River. The sunsets are beyond compare. A public access boat landing, fish cleaning station and public land to hunt are located nearby. The cabin is approximately 35 miles NW of Pierre.

Beautiful cabin
Solid built log cabin on a gorgeous lot overlooking the lake. We saw deer and pheasants daily and even a coyote. This is as nice as a cabin can get and we highly recommend checking this property out.

Had a great time here and was blown away by the views. Great time on the lake when we could get out, it was a bit stormy at times. Place has everything you need to enjoy your stay and Craig down the road is a great local resource of info.!

Perfect place for family to stay during state baseball tournament.
It's a bit of a drive to get back to Pierre where our activities were everyday, but every time we turned onto the road the house is on we commented the view was worth the drive! Well equipped and stocked home. Would stay again!

Great week - with great weather and great fishing / hunting! Location in a quiet (really quiet) lakeside spot. Super comfortable and a great place to spend a starry night after watching the gorgeous sunsets.

Shelly had the cabin very comfortable and completely accommodating. Can't beat the view of Lake Oahe and the South Dakota sunsets. Stayed there twice and hope to get back soon

Thanksgiving gathering Pheasant hunt
The cabin was a wonderful location for our Thanksgiving. The views are truly unmatched. We really enjoyed our stay and found no problems with the property. The host suggested things for us and the neighbors even gave us some eggs. We also had success hunting pheasant. Gorgeous place.
