"An excellent and beautiful property, very well-maintained and extremely cleaned. Centrally located, 2 mins to San Rufino cathedral in 1 direction, 3 mins to Piazza del Comune in the other direction. We forgot to take the key with us one day, and the hostesses kindly ‘rescued’ us around 10 pm. Assisi is a beautiful town, we would like to go back and stay in this property again. Tips: when arriving, locating the San Rufino Cathedral, you will be steps away from the property. "

They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all. "Our experience at Il Granaio was excellent and we are very happy we booked our stay in Assisi with them and want to return. The unit is brand new, very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Our unit had a kitchen with utensils, which allowed us to cook. There is a nice patio outside the unit, and access to a common area.
