"We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"We had a very happy stay at this house in the country with our two friends. It is ideally located within an hour’s drive of interesting sites and historic towns. The place and its surroundings allowed us a restful and pleasant respite from our busier daytrips. The house was comfortable, beds were very good and the garden provided a peaceful setting with a choice of sitting and lounging areas. Louise was lovely, an excellent hostess who responded quickly to our questions and needs. "

"Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. "This property is all it explains to be. The stay included myself, my husband, my daughters and their families. The property is spectacular, the rooms as beautiful as shown. The guesthouse was perfect for my daughter, her husband and 2 young children. The travel cots were perfect and opening the chest of toys brought so much joy to my 2 year old granddaughter. We utilized the kitchen and pizza oven and have such wonderful memories to hold. Our only disappointment was that the pool heater was not...

"We were a family group of 15 ranging in age from 20 to 92. We used the pool every day. Laughed at the clothes dryer because they have the same kind in Portugal where we vacationed. Many people walked into Camucia and enjoyed the restaurants grocery stores etc. Several of us have been to Italy before my first time in Assisi but we shared experiences with them. Staff was prompt to arespond to any problems. And a week of perfect weather makes it all the better"

"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."
