In reality the only reason this is 4 star review and not 5 is because during my stay I experienced somethings that caused me to leave a full day early and driving 9hrs through the night. Front desk staff was very kind, understanding and embarrassed. I was assured I would receive a call from the GM. ...

Greenville is a very fun city and the hotel is just minutes away from downtown minus the traffic and more affordable than staying in town. If our room was clean it would have been a totally positive experience.
